Georgia Enterprises for Products and Services (GEPS) is the designated administrative non-profit entity which represents the State Use Law, and which operates the State Use Program for the state of Georgia, by employing Georgians with disabilities across the state through statutory mandatory products as well as state service contracts. GEPS is the sole mandatory provider of instant drug testing kits for all State agencies.
